Field Services Technician - DC Metro Area - Muhlbauer

Muhlbauer, Inc. is looking to hire a Field Services Technician in the Washington, D.C. area to install, troubleshoot, and train users on machines and systems. Ideal candidates should possess skills in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and software, along with being proactive, self-motivated, and organized.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install machines and systems at customer sites and in-house
• Provide acceptance and training for systems at customer locations
• Repair and maintain operational systems
• Offer production and hotline support
• Adhere to procedures for each service event
• Complete necessary documentation and feedback for service interventions

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is a plus
• Two or more years of machinery maintenance experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel frequently, with training in Germany
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass background screenings and obtain necessary clearance
