Work Environment: Full-time, in-person in Chillicothe, OH. Up to 60% travel. Salary: $40 - $45 per hour, plus overtime

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of our Field Service Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• Install, startup, and train users on automation equipment for seamless integration
• Evaluate installed equipment to ensure a seamless and complication-free operation
• Provide detailed phone support, guiding customers through troubleshooting process
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, fostering effective and clear interactions with customers to address their needs and provide satisfactory solutions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a diverse array of issues, respond promptly to emergencies, and apply analytical skills and technical proficiency for effective problem resolution

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience installing and troubleshooting machinery or automation equipment

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 10-hour OSHA course certification
• Experience in steel, aluminum, brass, or titanium production, automated mills, automotive manufacturing or parts, rubber production, or pipe manufacturing
