Field Service Technician
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
- Performs advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on products.
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related issues.
- Assists with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
- Assists with determining and defining daily objectives for site-specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
- Performs Preventive Maintenance on products as directed by management.
- Performs site surveys on all new orders.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-5 years' job experience in a related field preferred.
- The knowledge base of hardware, software, game/kiosk / ATC platforms, network, and server troubleshooting skills, mechanically inclined, those with computer/cable or cell repair experience, Gamers, and computer builders.
