We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our client's growing team where they design and manufacture solutions for the production, personalization and packaging of plastic cards, commercial printing, commercial packaging, and mailing companies. They combine the technologies of bindery, letter shop, packaging, inkjet, and vision verification in modular finishing lines, and offer their customers the creative freedom and speed that enables them to be competitive in the marketplace. They understand complex finishing needs and strive to meet or exceed them with every system they create.

Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate is someone who will be able to excel with the varying responsibilities of the role.
- These responsibilities include Installation & training, maintenance, repair, and set-up/calibration of equipment, phone, and online troubleshooting.
- Looking for someone with experience in plastic/gift card personalization, print-finishing, bindery and mailing, plastic card manufacturing.
- Your experience and expertise as an inkjet technician, folder operator or bindery operator, combined with your customer service skills, will provide you with exciting rewarding opportunities.
- Flexibility is key to success in this position.

Job Responsibilities:
- Technical installation and support of company equipment at customer sites.
- Travel around the U.S. to customer sites to perform service calls for training, repair, or installation of equipment.
- Communicate with customers via phone or online to support technical questions.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment using your mechanical skills.
- Communicate with internal company staff regarding parts and service-related issues.
- Advise management on the latest processes, upgrades, or applications of various components used on equipment.
- Analyze electrical and electrical diagrams, and schematics.
- Participate in research and design or improvement of our products.
