Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair end-of-line automated packaging machinery.

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for customers.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Train customers on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical fields.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to travel frequently within the region.
