Job Description
Our client, a leading innovator in Parking Technology solutions, is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team in the Phoenix region. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and addressing customer service requests for both new and existing parking systems. These systems include high and low voltage cabling, automated gates and arms, POS systems, and security cameras.
As part of this position, you’ll be provided with a company vehicle and tools to travel across the Phoenix area, servicing and maintaining their automated parking systems as well as their legacy equipment. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as you will interact directly with clients and secure approval for completed work orders.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated, hard-working professional with a passion for resolving technical and mechanical challenges. The hourly rate for this position is targeted at $25–$31, with some flexibility depending on experience.
