Pay: $25-$35/hr
Travel bonus: $50/day for more than 4 hours at a customer's facility and required to remain overnight, additional bonus for international travel

Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites, ensuring efficient operations.
- Provide remote support by troubleshooting and resolving service requirements over the phone.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address technical challenges and find effective solutions.
- Travel domestically and internationally to customer locations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Conduct thorough assessments and make recommendations for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Adhere to customer plant and safety regulations while on-site, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Document service activities in detailed reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Maintain open communication with customers, conducting follow-up calls to verify issue resolution or schedule future support.
- Facilitate warranty and non-warranty claims with customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Stay up-to-date with current products and equipment, continuously expanding your technical knowledge.
- Be available for on-call rotations, ensuring prompt response to customer needs.
- Assist other department staff and take on temporary or permanent assignments as defined by the manager.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in tooling, manufacturing, or tool and die preferred.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in a mechanical/electrical environment.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplined engineering environment, often under pressure.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, reference manuals, and assembly system instruction guides.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex assemblies and components.
- Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Eligibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally within 30 days of hire.
