The Role:

We’re seeking a Field Service Technician with hands-on field experience and a willingness to travel (50–60%). In this role, you’ll supervise equipment installations, troubleshoot issues, and train customers on the safe operation and maintenance of our systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise equipment installation and ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite technical issues.
• Train customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Travel extensively to customer sites nationwide.

What We’re Looking For:

• Field experience in maintenance, installation, or equipment repair.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly (50–60%).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
