TCI has an immediate need for a Field Service Technician in Louisville, KY. This is a direct hire opportunity.
SUMMARY
The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our customers for engineering copiers and office printers.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our customers for engineering copiers and office printers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promoting customer satisfaction through the timely response to customer calls, clear and effective communications with internal and external customers and efficient repair/maintenance activities.
- Maintain regular communication with the Service Manager, peer field personnel team members for customer matters requiring attention.
- Initial review of customer issues, such that customer concerns with product performance and are quickly communicated for appropriate review and handling.
- Management of your work schedule and work priorities to ensure the urgent customer requirements are addressed appropriately and customer satisfaction is optimized.
- Responsible for understanding and strictly following all company processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of electrical systems or mechanical knowledge of printers, copiers.
- Ability to understand, read and interpret equipment service and parts manuals.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment with laptop.
- Ability to routinely lift 75-100 lbs in order to lift and move machines.
- Industry certifications (Network+ or A+)
- Network knowledge.
- Hardware technical diagnostic skills is very helpful.
- Professional appearance, excellent customer service skills and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and CDL or the ability to get a CDL.
- Pass drug screen and criminal history background screen.
