• Service and repair equipment to Canon standards.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups.
• Provide efficient maintenance and support.
• Manage technical information and reports.
• Guide less experienced technicians.
• Resolve escalated technical issues.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

This customer-facing role requires compliance with customer policies, including potential COVID-19 measures. We're seeking candidates with:

• HS Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel (valid driver's license required).
• Capability to work in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active.
