Your Impact
- Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
- Service and repair equipment to Canon standards.
- Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups.
- Provide efficient maintenance and support.
- Manage technical information and reports.
- Guide less experienced technicians.
- Resolve escalated technical issues.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring
This customer-facing role requires compliance with customer policies, including potential COVID-19 measures. We're seeking candidates with:
- HS Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments.
- Ability to travel (valid driver's license required).
- Capability to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active.
