This company, a globally recognized designer and builder of automated steel processing equipment with installations in 27 countries, is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to join the team. This Direct Hire role involves significant travel and hands-on work at customer sites.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair complex equipment and machinery at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to determine appropriate solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide training and technical support to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment
• Document service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions

Field Service Technician Requirements:

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and workmanship
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed (50% travel, frequent overnight stays of 1.5 - 2 weeks per month)
