Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
- Repairing and replacing defective parts and components
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Conducting equipment installations and upgrades
- Maintaining accurate records of all service visits and repairs
- Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement new service strategies
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, and Field Service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
