- Develop and execute test plans for products and systems, identifying any potential issues or improvements.
- Work closely with other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance.
- Provide technical support and advice to other staff and customers, helping them understand and resolve issues with electrical and electronics systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical and electronics technology, applying this knowledge to improve our products and systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations, minimizing the risk of accidents and incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Electronics Technology required.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in electrical, electronics, and power electronics.
- Proven experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronics equipment.
- Experience in the installation and testing of electrical and electronics systems.
- Familiarity with hardware, software, and test plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable way.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development, keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in electrical and electronics technology.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to work.
