Field Service Technician - Amplitude HR

We are looking for a skilled Field Technician to deliver exceptional maintenance facilities service to our customers. In this role, you would be the eyes and ears in the field, responsible for completing service tickets in a designated territory. The high level of execution you'd bring to the table would help serve our mission to deliver exceptional service to each of our customers.

Job Description:

• Ensure that changes and issues are properly documented and communicated.

• Complete assigned tasks and work orders with minimal direct supervision.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with Lead Technicians, Field Supervisors, Field Managers, and office staff regarding open issues and progress on all assigned work.

• Successfully execute assigned programs and work orders, ensuring they meet cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction expectations.

• Keep the assigned work area clean and organized.

• Accurately document and communicate work performed and required while in the field.

• Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including availability for "on-call" duties.

• Be able to travel within a specified radius (varies per job) to customer sites.
