- Respond to troubleshooting calls on customers' systems.
- Assist the construction group with the installation and start-up of systems.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Assist the technical services team with other project aspects including ordering, researching, and creating schematics.
- Wire terminations.
- Have experience with Allen Bradley
- May involve assisting the panel construction team or electrical installation teams.
- Responsible for supporting the customer's automation control systems, voice-data-video systems, and electrical systems.
- Experience with control systems, voice-data-video systems, and electrical systems.
- Past hands-on experience with electrical construction work.
- Experience working with equipment in industrial or manufacturing facilities
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Must be comfortable communicating directly to customers and co-workers, including executives, sales personnel, engineers, and direct site personnel, in a concise and effective manner.
- Associate's degree in a technology field
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
