Field Service Tech III - US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Description:

• Provide on-site technical support for the end-user community.

 
Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for the end-user community.
• Support includes software and hardware installations, hardware moves, additions, or changes of hardware/software, and maintenance.
• PC refresh support involves imaging PCs, installing software, and deploying them to users.
• Support mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads.
• Use demonstrated customer service and technical knowledge gained from prior experience to resolve issues related to installation, usage, and training on software and/or hardware products.
• Follow all company field procedures and protocols.

 
Experience Required:

• Basic understanding of networks.
• Desktop/Laptop hardware repair experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Asset management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills—both oral and written.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Adherence to standards defined in Standard Operating Procedures.

 
Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow for requests, incidents, and asset management.

 
Skills Required:

• Proficiency with various Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 11 and Windows 10.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for applications running on MS Windows-based platforms (e.g., Office M365, browsers, printers).

 
Education Required  

• Associates degree
