Title: Commercial Installation Technician
Locations: Danbury, CT
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift & Hours: 7 AM to 4PM
Pay Rate: $22-$25/HR

A leading provider of water treatment solutions, we are dedicated to delivering reliable and innovative systems that improve water quality for commercial clients. We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Installation Technician to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of our water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot water treatment systems and equipment efficiently.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment solutions.
- Accurately complete and submit related paperwork.
- Assist with the delivery, setup, and installation of products.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to maintain strong relationships.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Travel as needed and stay on-site until project completion; on-call availability as required.
- Manage tasks independently and work effectively in a remote or field environment.
Compensation:
- $25–$30/hour (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the service area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical (initially and every two years), drug screening, and background check per state and federal laws.
- Preferred experience in plumbing, electrical, or electronics.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with strong troubleshooting abilities.
