Morris Business Solutions is the premier office technology provider in North and South Carolina, is actively looking for a dedicated Field Service Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for assisting customers and the field service team via remote and/or onsite support.
Responsibilities:
· Remote or onsite Installation of Xerox and Kyocera multifunction products
· Assisting with end user training during installation
· Implementation of solutions and FMAudit applications
· Effectively handle customer request for assistance and communicate with appropriate company personnel when necessary, including service manager of any customer concerns
· Able to assist with hardware support
· Engages with customers’ facilities team, IT group, etc. to ensure proper installation and post installation follow-up.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in installation of copiers (Preference for Xerox or Kyocera experience)
· Experience in a remote support role
· Organization and time/task management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Problem solving skills
· Previous networking skills
