JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Service Supervisor leads our talented team of Field Service Technicians in getting our customers back to work. As a Field Service Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day Field Service Department operations, communicate with our customers, and lead the service staff. In addition to the day-to-day operations, you will also take part in the development and training of your field technicians and be involved in process reviews to ensure that we are running an efficient and effective service department. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have prior industry knowledge of the products along with a technical background of the products sold and serviced.
- Some supervisory experience is required.
COMPETENCIES:
- Must be highly motivated, with excellent leadership, communication, customer interaction, and organizational skills.
- Must have advanced computer skills with an understanding of Caterpillar systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and have a teamwork ethic along with exceptional knowledge of construction equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
