Field Service Representative – Military Health
Location: Honolulu, HI
Salary: $125,000
Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Required

Are you ready to make an impact in supporting critical military health operations? We are seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team in Honolulu, HI (USPACOM), where you’ll play a key role in training, troubleshooting, and collaborating with military healthcare teams to ensure they have the tools they need for mission success. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic group of professionals, apply your expertise in IT and clinical data management, and contribute to the advancement of military healthcare technology.
What You’ll Do:
- Onsite Training & Support
- Lead engaging, hands-on training sessions to help client staff master the applications and systems they rely on.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving
- Work with Help Desk, Cloud, Development, and Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot, document, and resolve any technical issues or challenges.
- Operational Support
- Coordinate deployments, site visits, training events, and operational exercises with client teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Technology Integration
- Assist end users in incorporating the application into their daily operations to enhance effectiveness and support mission objectives.
- Travel
- Some travel (10-25%) required to support site visits, deployments, and other operational needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting DoD medical planning and execution.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Clearance
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
- Technical Expertise
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills, experience with data inconsistencies, and familiarity with basic computer issues (e.g., clearing cache). Interest in learning how to maintain a Linux-based health server is a plus.
- Communication Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities, with experience explaining technical issues to non-technical users and providing one-on-one or small group training.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Comfortable working across functional teams and collaborating with others to find innovative solutions and share knowledge.
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Experience working with a Common Operating Picture (COP) and addressing gaps in information to enhance operational performance.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to track and manage trouble tickets.
- Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and share your knowledge with the team.
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to engineers and developers to aid in troubleshooting and resolution.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work extended hours or weekends when needed.
- Willingness to work onsite in Honolulu, HI, 5 days a week and occasionally work long hours or weekends.
