The Field Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the field service operations, from overseeing a team of technicians to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and financial success. This role includes creating and managing service schedules, ensuring parts availability, managing budgets, and maintaining customer communications throughout the service process. The Field Services Manager will work to optimize both operational efficiency and profitability while delivering top-tier service.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service management role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
Proven experience managing project budgets and driving profitability in field services.
Skills:
Strong financial management and budgeting skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize project profitability.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Proficient in field service management software, ERP / CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
