About the Job

Seeking a Field Service Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in the Bay Area, CA.

Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Pay: $100k-120k annually based on experience.

Job Responsibilities for Field Service Manager:

Manage field service personnel for pump repair, maintenance and installation
Plan and oversee product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Provide technical assistance and on-site support for products and equipment.
Ensure products function properly
Maximize uptime

Qualifications for Field Service Manager:

5 Plus years of relevant field service management experience
Experience managing pump repair team is highly preferred
Certified Field Service Manager (CFSM) Certification highly preferred
Excellent communication skills
