About the Job
We are looking for a skilled Field Service Manager with expertise in software and hardware to lead our field service operations and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
The Field Service Manager will oversee a team of field service technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of software and hardware systems. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, developing service strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in software and hardware, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities in the Customer Support Department,
attending to customer support needs.
? Ensure ticketing system is optimized for Log incoming requests received via
calls and emails
? Audit our services process to ensure completion of necessary
documentation while communicating with customers.
? Ensure job standards, processes, and procedures are complied with.
? Ensure SLAs are met and tracked and report on company SLA, Policy and
Procedures with customers.
? Build a positive responsive attitude within our services department so they
remain calm under pressure and have impeccable follow-up.
? Work closely with other internal departments as needed for input and
resolutions to customers.
? Provide field technical support on company modification installations as
needed; offering on-site oversight and technical guidance to ensure a
smooth installation process or troubleshooting.
