About the job:
Framery is now looking for an eager and energetic Field service engineer to join our troops in San Francisco, USA. Working closely with the sales team in the US and after-sales function in Finland, Field service engineer works to solve customers’ challenges considering our products. There is a chance to grow on the role with time and proven skills.
You will perform the after-sale services on a variety of tasks including:
- Solving customers problems and reclamations
- Supervising the installation projects
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Communicating with the after-sales function in Finland
- Communicating with the local service network
About you:
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Able to travel frequently.
- Organized working style and strong communications skills
- Strong customer service mentality
