Job Purpose:Maintains customers' operations by maintaining equipment performance; providing training.Duties: * Prepares equipment technicians by conducting training; helping assess work results. * Completes operations by scheduling and assigning technicians. * Provides customer support by providing training; responding to requests; resolving problems both on-site and on the telephone. * Sets-up equipment by delivering, unpacking, assembling, and completing diagnostics; obtaining acceptance by customer. * Maintains equipment by providing training; responding to requests; resolving problems both on-site and on the telephone. * Helps customer engineer by designing modifications; implementing changes. * Maintains reference manual by recording modifications and changes. * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:Problem Solving, Customer Service, Job Knowledge, Supervision, Scheduling, Managing Processes, Phone Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Written Communication, Training, Multi-tasking
