Field Service Engineer at CyberCoders

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for our manufacturing equipment and robotic systems. The goal is to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and robotic systems
• Provide hands-on support for hydraulic assembly and repair tasks
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
• Conduct training sessions for clients on proper equipment usage and maintenance
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely parts availability and service delivery
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and assembly
• Familiarity with Fanuc robotics and programming
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
