Field Service Engineer - - Healthcare Technical Staffing, LLC

OEM develops advanced CT scanners for both domestic and international cleints. Field service is provided by the local technical teams.
The candidate is expected to:

1. Provide leadership for technical support to the US service teams including troubleshooting, devising workarounds, and escalating complex investigations for system issues in the field.
2. Lead root cause investigation, troubleshooting, and investigation of field service issues using multiple tools and data sets, and by working directly with Global service  team for  problem resolution.
3. Lead field installation for US sites thru on-site and remote support.
   Provide ongoing installation training, and feedback.
4. Train field engineers, both by lectures and hands-on.
5. Support customer complaint handling and be able recording the complaints in CRM system.
6. Ability to write and provide feedback for technical service instructions.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of technical service on CT Systems, preferrably on GE, Siemens or Philips machines. 
Formally or factory trained by the OEM or accredited third-party such as RSTI or All-Parts. Willing to travel overseas at times for system training and supporting system installation.
