Perform server reboots and power supply reboots as guided by ZF/Lifetec network representatives. • Coordinate and prequalify tickets for remote resolution. • Help/coordinate/prepare service resolutions for field service when remote support is required. • Provide on-site full-time technical support. • Offer remote support to other locations. • Conduct scheduled/emergency visits. • Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues. • Install ZF-approved software. • Resolve printer and multi-function device issues. • Provide advanced software troubleshooting and support on-site and remotely. • Troubleshoot user issues via remote access or in-person. • Follow up on tickets. • Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate support group. • Manage spare parts and loaner pool. • Put tickets on hold if spare parts are needed or the end user is unavailable. |
