You will be the face of our company, interacting directly with our valued clients, and providing top-notch field service support. 1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing our advanced technology systems at client sites.
2. Providing on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.

5. Training and guiding customers on how to use and maintain their equipment properly.

8. Ensuring all safety and company protocols are adhered to while performing tasks.
9. Providing exceptional customer service, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Details
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Field Service Engineer role, you should meet the following criteria:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the technology industry.
2. Proven experience in installation, field service, troubleshooting, and concrete construction.
3. A degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
4. Strong understanding of various technology systems and equipment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in using various tools and software for troubleshooting and repair.
9. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
10. A valid driver’s license.
