Field Service Technician

DOD Secret Clearance Preferred

Rate: Over $34 an hour and partial benefits

Do you have experience installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying equipment? Have you performed a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations? Have you completed analyzes and evaluated products for optimal performance within a Telecommunications team?

If you have experience Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time, then we have a great opportunity to work with one of the key teams safeguarding lives.

We are seeking a IT Field Technician to install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field changes. In this role, we maintain effective customer communications and relations.

This role is both Onsite and at times over the phone to help resolve issues quickly.

Ability, Experience, and Skills Required

*Over 3 years of Customer Service Experience

*Ability to troubleshoot and upgrade MS Win10 & Win 11,

*Performance review within IT for MS Office 365 applications,

*Anomaly and Performance improvement for Micro Soft Teams,

*Over 2 years of Cisco VoIP phones troubleshooting experience

Education Required

High School Diploma
