Schedule: Primarily Days, M-F
Pay Rate: $35.00-50.00 DOE
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Position Type: FT

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chamber Wet Cleans
• Removal of chamber kits & fore lines
• Must be able to safely perform all necessary purging of both gas and liquid lines.
• Pump purging of gas lines. 
• Flush drain and blowout residual liquids
• Disconnect and cap all gas and liquid lines.
• Must be able to perform complete tool shutdown.
• Power off all the system and related subcomponents 
• Follow all LOTO and customer procedures. 
• Daily pre-task planning with customer
• Document all decon activities (2D - Decon checklist)
• Reporting status of the Decon project.
• Must follow all customer safety protocols including LOTO and PPE

Requirements:

• Must know Decon/Install/Deinstall on 300mm OEM equipment. 
• Minimum of 5 years / OEM direct experience on one or more of the following: Wet Etch, Metals, Dry Etch, CMP, EPI Tools (300mm)

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
