Requirements:
- Must have training and practical experience troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems including, but not limited to, vessels, aircraft, ground support equipment, vehicles, etc…
- Must be proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams and in the use of testing equipment such as multi meters.
- Must be able to relocate to Columbus, Ohio.
- Must have a desire to travel extensively overnights throughout the U.S.
- Must have exceptional customer service and people skills.

- A two-year technical degree or the equivalent in work experience.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are preferred, but not required.
- Hold or be able to obtain a valid passport.
Field Service Engineer to be responsible for technical support, installation of equipment, and training customers how to use/maintain the equipment. Additional duties will include technical phone support, working with Customer Service, and assisting Engineering with R&D input and testing. Rotating intervals will also be spent working in Columbus on technical and phone support.
