The Opportunity
As a Field Services Business Development Manager with Tradebe, you will
play a key role in growing, developing, and managing new and existing
field service projects within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team that sets the
company's strategic direction
- Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with
the company's overall strategy
- Develop and manag revenue generation and strategic partnerships
including:
- Managing organic growth projects to increase the company's
business portfolio or revenue and margin
- Leading due diligence for acquisitions including financial
modeling and market analysis
- Coordinating with outside contractors to develop growth
initiatives, market analysis and due diligence for M&A
- Analyze market data and internal financial data to generate complex
financial models for new ventures, growth projects, and/or
acquisitions
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related
events, publications, and announcements; track individual
contributors and their accomplishments
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal
requirements, potential,and financials; evaluate options; resolve
internal priorities; recommend equity investments
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration
of new venture with company strategies and operations; examine risks
and potentials; estimate partners' needs and goals
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing
and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements
with business operations
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to
add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
preferred or equivalent years of related experience
- Ten (10) years' experience in environmental field services is
required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in financial modelling,
market analysis, business analysis and project management
- Experience in developing and presenting high level in-depth analysis
on various field service projects
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience with public speaking and ability to present a
professional image
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
