Bobcat of Atlanta a full service Bobcat Dealership! We specialize in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. We offers parts as well as both mobile and shop service, and a full line of concrete supplies.

Bobcat of Atlanta - Gainesville, GA is seeking a Field Service Admin to join our busy field Service team! Successful candidates will have mechanical aptitude, great customer service skills and a willingness to learn our business.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all service work and provide supervision of administration and warranty.

• Verify history of repairs on machine. (Duplicate work or parts warranty).

• Monitor all warranty to assure maximum reimbursement from the manufacturer.

• Collect extensive information from the Central Dispatch Manager on the service claim for processing.? (Extra labor time filed, additional parts, serial numbers and additional invoices needed).

• Obtain pictures through software.

• Schedule all service work and provide supervision of administration and warranty for Central Dispatch.

• Take service requests as a service writer.

• Act as a primary telephone contact in Central Dispatch.

• Understand the billing process.

• Prepare the preliminary work for all mechanics including field mechanics for approval.

• Provide a good written description of work for billing to manager.

• Conduct and document monthly safety meetings and maintain other compliance recordkeeping.

• Train and lead all service administration for proper billing (48 hour invoicing after completion).

• Assure that all necessary service administration policies and procedures are followed.

• Forward Connected Machine emails to customers and express urgency when needed.

• Follow-up with customers on work performed in the field.

Qualifications

• Previous Mechanical or Warranty experience is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Occasionally exposed to weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise

• Excellent telephone skills.

• High school diploma required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.?

• Valid Driver's License

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lifting /carrying up to 10 pounds or pushing/pulling small objects

• Physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines which include a computer, printer, fax machine, copy machine, calculator, telephone, etc.? on a regular basis
