JOB TITLE: Field Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager
LOCATION: Los Angeles
JOB PURPOSE: Drive new distribution, enhance volume in existing accounts, and execute retail programs within a designated territory. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and adept at building relationships for sales growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Adhere to FSR conduct standards
- Identify and target accounts for product sampling
- Sell and merchandise products in new accounts
- Build professional relationships to maximize merchandising
- Ensure proper product rotation and merchandising
- Report daily sales activities and results
- Meet sales goals using effective techniques
- Utilize digital tools for marketing demonstrations
- Comply with company policies and uphold values
- Maintain a regular work schedule
- Understand CPG/Beverage industry regulations
- Exhibit strong independent work ethic
- Efficiently manage time and set goals
- Submit business expenses timely
- Travel independently for training and meetings
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
- 2 years outside sales experience; beverage industry preferred
- Reside within territory or willing to relocate
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license and acceptable record
- Basic computer skills, including handheld devices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation: Field Sales Representative is an exempt, salaried position with a starting salary range of $58,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
Additional Compensation: Eligible for incentive compensation based on sales performance.
