Summary:
The Field Sales Regional manager will be responsible for establishing a new region within the clients, generating, and qualifying leads, developing, and maintaining customer relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong industry network and proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Field Sales Regional manager with experience in logistics industry.
- Researching and qualifying potential leads by traveling to their place of business and offering LoadStop TMS services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- Manage and develop sales territories
- Build and develop sales support team
- Provide / coordinate training, implementation and support to customers
- Track and analyze sales data and metrics
- Forecast sales and revenue
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals
- Communicate with leadership and software engineers on platform improvements
- Maintain relationships with key customers and prospects
Qualifications:
- Years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and motivation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and sales tools / CRM’s
