The Role:

As a B2B Supplemental Insurance Sales Representative, you will:

• Challenge the Status Quo: Seek out new business opportunities, continually pushing yourself and others to exceed expectations. You will be instrumental in introducing cutting-edge supplemental insurance solutions to businesses, helping them provide valuable benefits to their employees.

• Prospect and Build Relationships: Engage with businesses, uncovering needs, and creating tailored insurance solutions that provide real value and help companies secure their employees' futures.

Additional Position Qualifications:

• Already licensed in Health & Life, or willing and able to obtain your state's Health & Life producer license (Training and reimbursement is offered).

• At least 5 years of post-high school work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with professional experience gained outside of formal education (e.g., internships or work in a professional environment). Candidates with less experience but relevant outside sales background will be considered.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (with uncapped commissions)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
