Position Overview: As the Sales Field Manager - Western US Territories, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team by overseeing, mentoring, and holding Territory Business Managers in their respective territories accountable to their sales goals and company direction. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing, developing, and ensuring accountability to sales targets, company policies, and procedures, as well as maintaining alignment with our company's strategic direction is adhered to while maintaining and building key relationships with Partners and company members.
The candidate will be ideally located in Southern California.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and mentorship to a team of 10-15 Territory Business Managers, fostering a positive team culture that encourages continuous improvement and goal achievement.
- Oversee and enhance training programs to boost Territory Business Managers' sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of company policies, along with providing regular performance evaluations and feedback.
- Monitor and assess the performance of Territory Business Managers to ensure alignment with company sales goals, implement performance improvement plans when necessary, and recognize outstanding achievements.
- Ensure that Territory Business Managers uphold professional standards and represent the company in accordance with its brand image and values.
- Report directly to the Executive Director of Sales with regular updates on team performance, challenges, and opportunities, and maintain open communication with the sales team and other departments.
- Travel within the territory as required, on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
- Demonstrate administrative proficiency in all company software, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, and effectively use mobile devices.
- Competently read, create, and understand reports, maintaining strong documentation and communication skills.
- Conduct monthly reporting on the performance of Territory Business Managers and the territory, with strategic action plans to drive field success.
- Actively participate in and support company-related events, including Sales Conferences, VIP Dinners, and various training and educational formats.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management with a minimum of three years in a similar role.
- Territory sales management experience with a minimum of three years in a similar role.
- Preferably direct experience in the cosmeceutical field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently while following company direction and strategy.
- Valid US driver's license and clean driving record
- 25%-50% Travel will be required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel for 25-50% via car or plane.
- Ability to drive for long periods.

Adhering to the requirements of California's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $80,000.00 and $95,000.00 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
