Field Sales Manager On-Premise (Orange County) - The Long Drink Company

Job Description

The On Premise Field Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving all volume and distribution goals for the portfolio through driving execution in the On Premise trade. Your role will be pivotal in executing our sales plan, achieving revenue targets, and maximizing brand equity across your territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing annual operating plan which includes financial, volume, and distribution objectives 
• Responsible for building and managing relationships with distributor on premise field sales teams and motivating them to execute goals and objectives
• Manage depletion, distribution and menu placement/features objectives for the general market in the on-premise channel..
• Manage onboarding of all new on premise accounts
• Manage POS and ensure that merchandising objectives are being executed in concert with the distributor on premise field sales team
• Introduce creative sales execution concepts, share across state lines/regions if successful and aspire to be a leader in better practices
• Maintain a working key account list and build key account relationships and within assigned territory
• Assist state leads in managing assigned budgets including incentives, branded merchandise and other departmental expenses.
• Ensure all sales practices are compliant with state & company policies/law

Job Requirements

• Preferred 3-5 or more years of sales experience in the alcoholic beverage industry with knowledge and passion for both commercial and premium products in a retail environment
• BA degree or equivalent experience
• Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment
• Results oriented, innovation, strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environment
• Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships 
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
