Position Overview:
As a Field Representative, you will play a critical role in maintaining relationships with
regional Key Account locations and core second-tier distributors while implementing store level activities to enhance product visibility and coverage. This role is ideal for a self-starter and road warrior who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Maintenance:
o Conduct regular visits to regional Key Account locations and distributors to
build and maintain strong customer relationships.
o Gather and analyze data to ensure store coverage rates and drive Key
Account purchases.
• Activity Implementation:
o Organize and execute store and cash-and-carry activities to promote product
visibility and sales.
o Improve in-store displays and coverage while completing assigned tasks
efficiently.
o Identify opportunities for increased coverage and provide feedback to ensure
goals are met.
• Field Operations:
o Serve as the company’s face in the field, demonstrating professionalism and
reliability in all interactions.
o Communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders to achieve success in
store-level initiatives.
Requirements:
• Independent and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A Background and driving history check is required if selected for this role.
• A passion for road travel and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, set up and take down of booth/table for in-store events.
Additional Qualifications:
• Sales Experience:
o Proven experience in e-cigarettes, electronic products, or fast-moving consumer goods categories.
o Strong track record of achieving sales and promotional goals.
• Communication Skills:
o Ability to express ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively.
o Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building trust and partnerships.
Location:
Richmond, VA (will be activating in various locations and stores around the City)
Schedule:
• Online Training - TBD
• Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly Wage: $16/hour.
• Monthly Car Allowance: $400.
• Monthly Bonus: Up to $650, plus additional spiff opportunities.
o All-In Compensation: $22/hour with Car Allowance and Bonus.
• Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health, Dental and Vision insurance, competitive bonus structure, and a Monday-Friday schedule with the occasional Saturday.
