Position Summary
The Field Quality Specialist (FQS) is responsible for all aspects of inspecting new construction for installation of appliances. This includes water, power, electrical outlets, flooring, cabinetry, and other functions. The FQS is responsible for communication between the client, construction managers, and Riverstone General Manager. The FQS will schedule delivery and install with builders, maintain calendars, and reschedule delivery/installs when a site is not ready. The FQS will adhere to OHSA guidelines while on job sites and enforce all company policies and procedures to create a safe, secure, clean, and productive work environment. The FQS will maintain a positive attitude with any other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Establishing and maintain positive working relationship across key stakeholders, sites construction managers, and business partners

Ensure the construction managers' sites are adhering to site readiness guidelines, specifications, municipality codes, and regulations and is secure to have appliances brought in to install.

Conduct regular audits on site readiness, PPE/Safety, quality of installation and articulate findings back to team for continuous improvements

Coordinate, execute, and document routes, site verification forms, and rescheduling with construction managers

Cross-collaboration with General Manager, Routers, Builders, the Client, and 3rd party Motor Carrier delivery and installation teams via phone calls, emails, text messages, or TEAMs chats, and/or verbal communication

Schedule and reschedule orders in client’s system

Maintain an overall understanding of the client or builder needs and requirements

Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Must have reliable transportation to commute to the workplace and attend client meetings as necessary. This may involve traveling to various construction sites and locations within the specific region for the client.

Experience in construction, delivery, install and appliances

Attention to detail and strong work ethic

Communicate honestly and respectfully

Intermediate MS Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Experience in installation of appliances preferred

Experience in quality control or scheduling preferred

Project Management (construction) experience preferred
