Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Field Project Specialist** to join our team in **Hunt Valley, MD.** _This position is expected to begin immediately._ In this role, you will manage and coordinate field projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. + Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for field operations. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams and conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address issues. + Analyze project data, prepare reports, and identify potential risks for stakeholders. + Manage resources, optimize efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. + Collaborate with clients and vendors to meet project objectives and continuously improve processes. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS plus no years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 3 year minimum experience with MasterSpec editing. + Proficiency with InDesign and Photoshop. + Experience in project coordination and management. + Knowledge of records management systems and practices. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position. + This position requires a hybrid work schedule which includes in-office work in **Hunt Valley, MD.** The selected candidate must be available to work in **Hunt Valley, MD** on a scheduled basis. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
