Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations within Field Partner Management Group as the department supports our internal business partners within the company.

Responsibilities:- Assist with general follow up of documents needed in order to onboard a FP; questionnaires, COI, W9.
- Management of expired/expiring COIs and communicate with Field Partners as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to locate and secure Field Partner options as required based on scope of work, budget and client requirements.
- Assist with daily management of Field Partner records within the proprietary systems and network.
- Manage and complete all assigned FP requests within SLA expectations.
- Communicate any administrative issues and concerns to Managers
- Being a resource for the Field Partner Management Team concerning administrative research and integrity of data.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participate in department or customer conference calls as required.
- Complete reporting as assigned.
- Assist with other project support as requested by management team.

Education, experience, certifications
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- College graduate or minimum of 2 years industry experience preferred
- 2-4 years of Administrative Assistance experience

- Position may require working before or after regularly scheduled hours as business needs arise
