QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and problem-solve in high-pressure situations
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills
- Ability to type 50+ wpm
- SAP or similar
- Ability to remain positive in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work independently within a team setting
An associate degree or equivalent is preferred but not required. Familiarity with manufacturing would be a plus.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination and support for our field service engineers (FSEs) and customers. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. From creating customer quotes and purchase requisitions in SAP to following up on pending quotes and purchase orders, your attention to detail will play a crucial role in our success.
You will also be the go-to person for scheduling and tracking jobs in SAP Connect, ensuring that our FSEs have all the necessary information to carry out their tasks efficiently. You will also take charge of handling incoming calls and emails from our diverse range of customers, both domestic and international. Your next adventure awaits!
