We are seeking a Lead Field Operations Engineer based in Santa Clarita, CA who will be responsible for leading the field engineering and operation of our innovative and state of the art water treatment technology at a customer site. As a key member of the field team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including:
Leading:
- the field engineering that supports the oversights, operation and management of ECT2's design and systems.
- a dynamic team of operators and field technicians traveling to the site to support the field engineering and operations efforts.
- the preparation of the onsite team weekly and daily for the tasks that need to be executed to stay on track with the project schedule.
- the commissioning and start-up of all new systems, focused on the technical and project specifications.
- the inspection of equipment delivered to the site, and document issues carefully and thoroughly. Follow up with suppliers to remedy issues related to procured equipment.
- the scheduling and coordination with the customer and other onsite contractors to manage normal operations.
- Daily reports to the client and ECT2 Project team for site status and progress.
- Accurate and timely reporting for onsite conditions and tasks are completed; process and site condition changes, treatment completed, treatment schedule forecasting.
- Onsite Safety compliance and adherence for the ECT2 team and associated sub-contractors supporting the ECT2 site. Development of additional safety literature as applicable, Job Hazard Analysis, Management of Change reviews, Health and Safety plan amendments.
- Development and management of on-site staffing schedules.
- Review and development of drawing packages, documents, and equipment included in the project.
- Supply copies of inspection, test, and system operations reports.
- Provide pertinent updates on ECT2 progress during project meetings.
- Detailed operational planning to support site 24/7 operations.
- Additional technologies and strategies on site to improve system operation.
- Relationships with stakeholders onsite, including vendors, client operations staff, and the ECT2 team.
