About the Job
Who We Are
We think the security industry can do better and we’re here to make it happen. Founded in 2020 in Sunrise, Florida, ARDENT Protection was built on a mission to professionalize the security and protection industry. Our Founder, frustrated by the lack of respect, training, and opportunity for Security Officers, created ARDENT as a response to those challenges. Guided by Passion, Purpose, and Professionalism, we set out to build a company that inspires trust, leads with integrity, and raises the bar for the entire industry.
In just a few short years, ARDENT has grown rapidly, operating three offices across Florida—in Sunrise, Tampa, and Orlando and employing 100+ active Security Officers. Our commitment to excellence and innovation has fueled our expansion, and we’re not slowing down. With ambitious goals to double or triple in size by 2025, ARDENT is poised for extraordinary growth and is ready to welcome the next generation of leaders.
To help us achieve this vision, we are searching for a Security Operations Executive to lead statewide field operations and join our Executive Leadership Team (XLT) as the authority on safety and security program design, implementation, and training. This is your chance to drive ARDENT’s operational success, shape a growing company, and leave a lasting legacy in the security industry.
We’re offering you a role in a dynamic, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where your expertise and leadership will be essential every day. If you’re passionate about making an impact and ready to take on a challenge that will push you to new heights, ARDENT is the place to build your future. Let’s raise the standard together.
What You Can Expect from ARDENT Protection
People First: We have an unofficial motto, "Humans 1st," understanding that care and respect for humans is much more important than the business itself.

Room to Grow: ARDENT is a place where bold, hardworking people can challenge themselves and reach their full potential.
Accountability Without Pressure: We hold ourselves to high standards but support each other every step of the way.
Learning Together: Mistakes happen, and that’s okay. At ARDENT, we learn from them, grow together, and keep moving forward.
We’re not just building a security company, we’re creating something much bigger, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

You’re not open to feedback: Growth at ARDENT relies on honesty and accountability. If you’re uncomfortable receiving real-time feedback, everyday will be uncomfortable for you.
You’re focused on keeping things the same: ARDENT’s mission is to change the security industry for the better. If you’re resistant to innovation or not interested in pushing boundaries, this will be a very stressful experience for you.
You prefer working alone: This role is highly collaborative and requires building strong relationships with your team and peers. If you’re not energized by teamwork, you may feel disconnected here.
