Key Responsibilities:
Conducts detailed Account Reviews of Banking Centers & Business Banking Teams.
- The reviews provide an evaluation of the adequacy of our internal control environment and account opening effectiveness.
- Conclusions and results are based on appropriate analyses and evaluations and identify criticality of findings. The reviews are to be comprehensive and complete. Findings have been reviewed and are found to be sufficiently supported by documentation and data.
Ensures that results and corrections of the Account Reviews are communicated using NARP and/ or written means. Communications are objective, clear, concise, constructive, and timely. They reflect an overall business understanding of account procedures and elicit management action to include objectives, scope, and recommendations.
Collaborate with assigned FO Partner to communicate review findings to ensure a consistent and united message. Appraises and tracks the completion of the corrections completed by the Banking Centers and Teams.
Prepare and communicate monthly reports to Consumer Banking Leadership Teams and analysts as needed for the BCN Operations Scorecard.
Identify critical procedural/process deficiencies in relation to new accounts and recommends updates to account procedures, guides, and training objectives. Works on various projects and collaborates with the Field Operations Team on administrative tasks as determined by The Managing Director of Field Operations & Administration.
Attend Regional Meetings to provide coaching and procedure updates as needed. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Core Job Responsibilities/Key Activities/Elements:
- 3+ years operations experience, including Banking Center experience preferred
- Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
- Requires a deep knowledge of new account opening and review policies and procedures including specialty and business account types.

The estimated salary range for this position is $58,200.00 to $73,700.00 USD annually. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
