Job Description:

We are looking for a strong mechanic to perform repairs and services on all types of heavy equipment, with an emphasis on Caterpillar machines, as well as all types of repairs and services available, including in-house hydraulic repair facility, welding, fabricating, line-boring, machine dismantling, component repairs & rebuilding, full machine rebuilds, etc. 

Job responsibilities may include:

Diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs in shop or on-site

Removing components for rebuilding and re-installing

Rebuilding/ inspection of components

Disassembly of teardown equipment

Maintenance on equipment and vehicles for customers and in-house

Assisting others with repairs as needed

Travelling to job-sites to perform repairs

Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

Field service experience

Good problem-solving skills

Must be reliable, prompt, and have sense of urgency.

Good mechanical Skills, ability to use hand and power tools

Must be able to move large & heavy components.

Knowledge of CAT SIS & ET

Must have own tools (more the merrier)

Welding experience preferred- TIG, MIG, and FCAW

M-F Business hours with opportunities for overtime

Saturdays when workload requires

Must have clean driving record (CDL NOT required)
