About the Job
As Partner Enablement Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting Intelisys' partner marketing and enablement programs, focusing on the Intelisys University (iU) Marketing platform. This customer-facing position requires a dynamic individual who will support Intelisys partner and suppliers.
Essential Functions:
Digital Campaign Management and Creation:
- Create digital marketing campaigns, including email design, copywriting, calls-to-action, scheduling, tracking, and performance analysis.
- Coach sales partners and suppliers on email and social marketing best practices.
- Manage the production process for email drip campaigns, social campaigns, one-pagers, and landing pages.
- Measure and optimize lead nurturing to convert leads.
Partner and Supplier Enablement:
- Act as a dependable resource for Intelisys internal teams offering valuable marketing support.
- Engage in partner enablement consultations with suppliers, guiding them towards the adoption of best marketing practices.
- Assist in championing partner discussions at AMPd events and assist with partner marketing initiatives with sales.
- Collaborate with suppliers on joint programs and campaigns to enable partners through various activities.
Partner Program Management:
- Collaborate with internal and supplier cross-functional teams to execute partner marketing programs.
- Manage the partner marketing supplier sponsorship program, ensuring successful implementation of deliverables.
- Coordinate marketing webinars, internal sales partner peer groups, and blogs to educate partners on best marketing practices.
- Manage social content and curate compelling newsletter content for Intelisys digital channels.
Platform Management & Support:
- Manage and process incoming tickets, questions, and escalations.
- Identify and escalate platform functionality issues to resolve bugs.
- Create and update training resources for all user groups.
- Lead live trainings for various user audiences.
- Provide direct 1-1 technical support for advanced platform features.
- In-platform content management and liaison with platform vendors for maintenance support.
Reporting:
- Provide regular reporting on platform adoption/usage statistics & content performance.
- Communicate with users on learner progress as needed.
- Provide regular reporting on partner marketing program success.
Education/Experience & Other Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree in marketing, business, communications, or IT-related program or equivalent work experience.
- Background in technical helpdesk, customer success, and/or technical writing experience preferred.
- Marketing communications project experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated well-developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and experience with graphic design is a plus.
- Familiarity with helpdesk and project management tools (Jira and Asana) is preferred but not required.
- Telecommunications experience in the Independent Sales Channel is a bonus but not required.
Compensation:
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. This position is not eligible for a variable pay component as part of the hiring range.
