About the Position:
The Field Marketing Manager will lead the execution and management of the localized marketing strategies across our 15 corporate restaurants. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, increasing store traffic, driving sales, and fostering customer loyalty through targeted grassroots marketing and community engagement.

- Marketing Team, Corporate Restaurant Operations Team, and Store Leaders.

About the Job Responsibilities:
Local Store Marketing Strategy Execution:
- Plan and execute LSM strategies tailored to each corporate store’s unique location, demographics, and community.
- Implement campaigns that drive traffic, promote new products, and enhance brand visibility at the local level.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new LSM opportunities to drive traffic to corporate stores and lift sales.
Community Engagement & Partnerships:
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and influencers to drive co-promotional events, new community partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Build active community involvement by driving in-restaurant fundraisers and fostering overall growth in large order sales
- Create new ways to engage with the community.
- Manage community event sponsorships and donations to build goodwill and brand affinity.
- Manage the Flame Broiler Groupraise Fundraising site to ensure events are coordinated and paid out in a timely manner
Promotional Event Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and manage local store events, grand openings, and other in-store activations.
- Oversee the execution of LSM campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Provide support and on-site management for LSM-related events to ensure smooth execution and positive customer experiences.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Measure the success of LSM initiatives, compiling data on foot traffic, customer engagement, and sales impact to refine strategies and enhance future events.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new LSM opportunities to drive traffic to corporate stores and lift sales.
- Manage and track LSM budgets, expenses, and ROI, reporting results to the Director of Marketing.
Sample of Top KPIs Measured:
- Conduct competitive and market analysis for each location once per quarter, identifying at least 3 actionable insights per analysis.
- Establish 2 partnerships per store each quarter (e.g. collaborations with schools, sports teams, or local orgs).
- Achieve a 15% increase in foot traffic during LSM campaigns at each store. Attract at least 100 attendees per community or in store event hosted by individual locations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a field marketing role
- 3 -5 years marketing experience in restaurants (QSR concepts preferred)
- Experience in community relations and growing business through connecting to the community.
- Strong understanding of local marketing, including community outreach, event management, and catering.
- Able to travel and be in the field 75% and in the office 25% of the time.
